Your local Social Enterprise Handyperson Service in Sutton

Our Handyperson will visit you in your home to assess your job requirements and undertake repairs and adaptations.

 

We assist older people (60+) and vulnerable adults (18+)

to safely maintain their homes.

 

You can use our service as many times as you need.

We are here to help.

    Monday to Friday

  • Falls prevention and minor adaptations (eg fit grab rails, secure floor coverings, enhance lighting)

 

  • Minor Electrical Works (eg replace fuses & plugs, fit doorbells, telephone extensions, set up white goods)

 

  • Drainage (eg clear gullies & gutters, unblock sinks)

 

  • General household assistance (eg fit curtain rails, shelves & pictures, repair or replace woodwork, tiling, re-hang doors, move furniture)

 

  • Plumbing (eg connect appliances to existing outlets, small repairs to leaks, sealant, washers, toilets)

 

  • Safety (eg security lights, door chains locks & spy holes, smoke alarms, key safes, fire guards)

 

  • Gardening (eg cut back overgrowth, repair fences, general upkeep & maintenance, repair paths)

 

  • Energy Efficiency (eg set thermostats efficiently, reset control timer, fit boiler jackets & draught excluders)
